FILL OUT THE FORM: Start by picking the package you prefer and fil out the form. On this form we will ask about your practice and services so we have a clear understanding of how to best promote your practice.
PAY A DEPOSIT: At the end of the form, you’ll be asked to make a down payment for half of the base project which is $750.
SCHEDULE A CONSULT: You’ll then be taken to a scheduling calendar so we can clarify information from the form and talk about access to your hosting, or our team will help you set that up for a 'hands off' experience.
WEBSITE BUILD OUT: At this point, our team will implement your information with the design you’ve chosen. This will take 7-14 days so we can do some minor adjustments based on keyword research about what people in your area are searching based on your practice services.
REVIEW DESIGN: Once our team has developed your website, we will schedule a website reveal to get feed back and make adjustments.
DESIGN RELEASE: Once you have approved everything, we will ask for final payment. When that payment is received, you’ll receive a log sheet for your project,
ONGOING UPDATES: Once your design is created, you’ll receive access to training on how your staff can edit and adjust your website. You’ll also receive a marketing step by step process on how to promote your new website or you can request updates from our staff at a nominal fee.
• Website updates: $100 per hour, minimum $25 per occurrence.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Advanced SEO set up to include keyword research, competition analysis, directories and link strategies: starts at $1,000 per month. (Find out more about SEO in our helpful article)
• Website Refresh: Adjust design, text and update images for updated standards and usability for an existing website: starts at $500 (Wordpress Only)
• Custom Designed Professional Logo $300
• Explainer Promo Video: $500, includes script (styles: white board, sketch, cartoon, or live video edit with supplied content)
• Video Editing (per project): $200 per hour
• Youtube Video SEO: $100 per video, includes keyword research, thumbnail upload, description enhancement, direct link, and call to action.
• Facebook ads: starts at $500 (does not include ad spend)
• Trifold/Brochure Design Work: $300 professional set up; or $100 per hour to recreate and update what you currently have (suggest Canva for easy edits)
• Email Newsletter/Subscriber Set Up: starts at $500, includes integration with website, professional template design, first email automation and collected information for future newsletter content.
